Winemaking | Prosecco was picked from Annagrove Park on 10th and 17th March based on flavour and balance in the fruit. The juice was cold settled before it was inoculated with a sparkling yeast strain. The ferment was long and cool to preserve delicate fruit flavours. Stored in stainless steel prior to bottling on 2nd June 2022.
Colour | A generous bead of bubbles with a soft pale straw hue.
Aroma | Crisp green apple, lemon blossom and nashi pear
Palate | Crisp zingy acidity paired with bright green apple and lemon sherbet on the palate.
Food matches | Enjoy with prosciutto, stuffed mushrooms, creamy sauces, almonds, seafood, fried fare, spicy Asian dishes. Also excellent with pastries, biscuits, cakes and other sweet things.
