Pinot Noir is the ultimate test of patience and timing. It requires an exact balance of slowly ripened fruit flavour and natural acidity, framed with silky oak tannins. That’s always our goal with our Pinot.

Winemaking | Pinot Noir harvested from Annangrove Park – MV6 clone at 700m, and from Balmoral vineyard – 777 clone at 900m. Fruit was cold soaked prior to fermentation in open top fermenters. Hand plunged daily, for light extraction, the wine was pressed off skins after 10 days. Matured in a combination of stainless steel tanks and barrels for 6 months, prior to blending and bottling. The result is a red fruited, delicate Pinot Noir to be enjoyed at any occasion.
