Winemaking | Harvested on 20th and 21st February 2021 from Annangrove Park. De-stemmed and pressed to tank. Fermented to dry. No malolactic fermentation. Retained on yeast lees for 9 months with fortnightly stirring to develop complexity during the first 4 months of maturation. Bottled on 3rd February 2022.
Colour | Straw with a youthful green tint.
Aroma | Aromas of white nectarine, lemon curd and white florals.
Palate | Well balanced citrus driven fruit with a long acidic line. Lees stirring has filled out the mid palate providing texture and complexity.
Food matches | Match with chicken, pasta with creamy sauces and cheese.
