The countdown to Orange FOOD Week 2025 is on, and we at See Saw Wine couldn’t be more thrilled to be the first vineyard destination for this year’s highly anticipated Forage event! As food and wine lovers embark on their immersive 4km journey through the rolling hills and vineyards of Orange, we’ll be ready to welcome them with a glass of our vibrant, organically crafted Prosecco at the very first wine station.
A Sparkling Start to a Culinary Adventure
Forage is a sell-out event year after year, showcasing the best of Orange’s cool-climate wines and locally sourced produce. We’re honoured to be the vineyard that kicks off this progressive feast, setting the stage for a day of exceptional flavours and unforgettable experiences. Our organic Prosecco, with its crisp acidity, delicate bubbles, and fresh citrus notes, is the perfect way to start the journey—effervescent, elegant, and a true reflection of our commitment to sustainable viticulture.
If you are attending this years Forage event, all guests will be dropped at our beautiful Balmoral Vineyard where you will get to enjoy the exceptional views of the surrounding wine region and Gaanha Bula also known at Mt Canobolas.
Over the course of the day foodies and wine lovers will get to enjoy an eight course degustation menu curated by the best chefs and emerging talent in our region all paired with fantastic local wine from the Orange Wine Region.
