REGION: Orange Region, NSW Central Highlands
GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Prosecco (Glera)
WINEMAKING: The fruit was harvested in the cool of the evening from our Annagrove Park vineyard. Pressed straight from Annangrove Park with only the free run portion retained. Cold settled and fermented cool at 10°C in tank prior to secondary fermentation.
COLOUR: Soft pale straw hues with generous bead of bubbles!
AROMA: Freshly and lively with hints of honeydew melon and freshly cut pear.
PALATE: An invigorating sparkling wine (light in alcohol) with subtle green apple and pear flavours. The fizz is perfect with lemony acidity, good length and dry finish.
WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/Vol: 10.0% RS: 13.0g/L
ADDITIVES: Made using traditional methods. Some traces of milk products may remain. Preservative 220 added.
PEAK DRINKING: A great sparkling for spring and summer.
FOOD MATCHES: Enjoy with a range of game meat dishes, antipasti or cheeses.
