Winemaking | Our sauvignon blanc grapes from our organically certified vineyard at an elevation of 840 metres. Harvested during the cool morning air, it’s fresh crispness is directly pressed, fermented and then bottled in August 2017 to capture the zesty, cool climate stylings of this high altitude sauvignon blanc.

Aroma | Perfumed white blossom of orange flower, melon, lemony citrus with attractive herbaceous notes.
