Our organically grown 2017 Sauvignon Blanc finds best expression in the Cool Climate of Orange. Fresh, lively and bursting with flavour, it’s the perfect match for oysters, other fresh seafood or even a goat’s cheese salad.

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
WINEMAKING: Our 2017 Sauvignon Blanc is off our Springvale-Coole Park organic vineyard with an elevation of 830 metres. With an early morning harvest with the cool of the night still present, the 2017 Sauv Blanc has retained a fresh crispness and tight line . Fermented in stainless steel to maintain the clean purity of the Orange Sauv Blanc. Rested and bottled early July capturing the zesty, cool climate favours.
COLOUR: Steely green, with a hint of slate.
AROMA: Lifted aromas grapefruit, melon and citrus with attractive grass and herbaceous characters.
PALATE: A fresh and attractive cool climate Sauvignon Blanc. Vibrant and refreshing flavours are complemented by lovely natural acidity and balance.
WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/vol: 12.5% pH:3.48 TA: 5.90
ADDITIVES: Preservative 220 added. Vegan Friendly using plant based fining agents.
