Winemaking | Our single vineyard chardonnay was machine harvested and whole berry selected before being pressed on a soft cycle. Fermentation on full solids occurred with a combination of stainless steel and French oak staves followed by 6 months maturation to build complexity and palate weight. Lees were stirred fortnightly to add structure to the palate.
Colour | Straw with a youthful green tint.
Aroma | Fresh and lively aromas of white peach, subtle oak and oak complexity.
Palate | A full flavoured mouth filling chardonnay. Good structure and natural acidity ensure lovely balance and length of flavour.
Food matches | Match with chicken, pasta with creamy sauces and cheese.
