Winemaking | Riesling was hand picked from Annangrove Park vineyard (700m elevation) in the early morning on 8th March. Whole bunched pressed, the juice was transferred to stainless steel tank. Fermentation was long and cool to assist in retaining delicate varietal aromatics. Left on ferment solids for three months, the wine was then filtered for clarity and bottled in August 2022. An exciting first Riesling for See Saw!
