The Seasonal Tasting Experience

We at See Saw have selected the best wines for this season’s enjoyment and paired it with a small selection seasonal produce, prepared by acclaimed chef Richard Learmonth.

The whites are paired with beetroot carpaccio, chardonnay vinaigrette, local fourjay hazelnuts and manchego cheese. The reds are paired with a braised lamb neck in a lamb gravy. For vegetarian, we offer a golden syrup and mustard roasted pumpkin with a pepita dressing.

For those wanting to focus purely on the wine, our See Saw Wine Tasting takes you through our seasonal organic wine selection, without the accompanying food. Please allow 60 minutes for this experience.

Outdoor Table

Join us in our outdoor area where you will be treated to spectacular Orange views and enjoy the See Saw Wine range by either the glass or bottle available for purchase on arrival.

Grazing boards are available when ordered in advance. Please advise in your booking notes or by emailing cellardoor@seesawwine.com how many you require, one grazing board is $45 and feeds 2ppl.
