Summer is almost over which means there is only a month left to try our Summer Seasonal Tasting experience at our cellar door!
Add a trip to See Saw on your to-do list for February to indulge in our food and wine pairing highlighting the best seasonal produce in our region. We’ve selected seven of our best-drinking-
wines this season (including our Prosecco, of course), offering a variety of both white and red organic wine paired with delicious seasonal produce. Our list of summer whites include Prosecco, Invergo Riesling, Balance Rose and Fulcra Chardonnay and our selection of reds showcase our Pinot Noir and Gamay Marge, Fulcra Pinot Noir and Invergo Syrah.
Served with our whites is a grilled yellow peach with stracciatella and thyme honey garnished with basil and our reds are paired with a master-stock braised duck ravioli with roasted cherries and house made garlic cream. If a Seasonal Tasting isn’t for you we offer wine by the glass or bottle to be enjoyed in our grounds where you can enjoy picturesque views of the mountains and neighbouring vineyards with grazing boards on offer. Enjoy an outdoor table or grab one of our cellar door picnic blankets and relax into an afternoon of award-winning organic wine. We’ll be finishing this Summer off with a bang at our End of Summer Harvest Party on Sunday 25th February at our cellar door. Tickets include a drink on arrival, lunch prepared by local chef Richard Learmonth and entertainment by local DJ Chris Rawlins.
